Director Message.

Greetings, I am Lim Kok Thye. Being in the field of building maintenance & facility management industry for more than 14 years, I had the privilege to gain vast practical experience in management. With a sound knowledge in the Strata Titles Act 1985 & Act 757 2015, I advise several management bodies & commercial vendors on compliance needs within the provisions of the malaysia law. This includes ROS registrations for any Residents’ Community (Persatuan Penduduk).

With previous key experience with SMEs and MNCs, I am well versed with implementation of systematic work processes in accordance to ISO system. Currently I am involved in the Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System for Rumah Pangsa Orkid. As it is Malaysia’s first and only low cost housing management with this ISO standard, the property is awarded by the Malaysia Book of Records.
